Join us for an afternoon of contemplation, gung fu style tea service, Medicinal Poetry writing practices, and gentle camaraderie in the beautiful Heaven’s Tea Temple in SE Portland.
I am delighted to co-create with Po Rosenberg of Heaven’s Tea to offer a blending of our teaching practices, held by the maples and rhododendron bushes, cozied into a space dedicated to wisdom deities and rare teas.
Amidst our sipping of potent pu’erh and opulent oolong we will engage in writing exercises designed to increase our self-awareness and harness our potential for transformation. Complete beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.

Discovering and learning how to share your unique voice is a lifelong practice. We are supported in finding access to inspiration and the ability to authentically express ourselves by cultivating a personal and meaningful connection with the force of creativity.
In Charming Your Muse, we will seek out the tools and rhythms that support your unique process and empower your creative voice. This 6-week course is designed to meet you wherever you are and empower you to a deeper understanding of how and why you create, how you can open to flow state, and how to bring into being what life would have you make.
We will meet over Zoom for six 2-hour sessions that include invocation, Muse lore, practical exercises to recognize and refine your creative process, group discussions, and somatic practices. We will also have a Mighty Networks group where you can connect with other students, access the recordings, and explore further resources.
This is a culmination of my work as a coach, ritualist, process geek, and creativity devotee, and I’m so excited to share it. Please join us.
